The participants of the bird escorts meet on October 5. 10 o'clock at the visitor center of Metelii regional park, at Seiriju st. 2, Metelei village, Lazdijai district.

Participant's fee - 1 euro visitor's ticket of Metelii regional park. We will travel in our own cars.
It will be possible to use the directorate's optical equipment.
You will be accompanied by employees of the Directorate of Dzūkija-Suvalkija protected areas - ecologist Inga Čitavičienė and visitor center owner Artūras Pečkys. See you at the Dzūki Sea.
After the event, we will treat you to warm tea cooked over the fire.
In autumn, Dusia, Metel and Obelija lakes are full of bird life. Large flocks of waterfowl are strengthening on the shores of lakes and preparing for the autumn journey to warmer lands.
