This whole day is dedicated to "cleansing" of what has already been experienced, what, as this year is ending, it is time to let go, what it is time to break free from and free yourself. Not only so that we welcome the new year with greater lightness, brightly shining eyes and eyes full of enthusiasm, but also so that in general there will be as much inner peace and harmony as possible in life, so that we can more easily see the shadowy parts of ourselves and say goodbye to them with love.
During the entire camp, we - Eglė and Ingrida - will accompany you, support you and lead the practices
PROGRAM:
1. From 10:30 a.m. - arrival of participants, introduction, snacks.
2. Morning yoga.
3. Cocoa ceremony.
4. Meditation – feeling your body, letting go of tension. Energy cleansing.
5. Sound session and relaxing massage while lying on yoga bands.
6. Shared lunch.
7. In addition, we will extract messages from the oracle for ourselves - what is the time to let go, and what should be better concentrated on in the coming year.
8. Sauna rituals (self-massage, honey, oils, etc.)
9. Launch practice with fire purification.
10. Chaga tea.
Our bodies need rest, our minds need some peace, and our souls need joy.
This one-day camp is just for that - to break away from the daily routine, to hear yourself better, to love yourself, and by taking advantage of the sauna's pleasures - to leave at the end of this year everything that we don't want to carry into the next year - CLEAN UP AND LET GO.
During the camp - we will be ourselves, support each other, empathize and let everything be.
PRICE:
All-day women's camp price per person: 80 Eur. This price includes: vegetarian lunch, snacks, cocoa, chaga, oils, honey, medicinal herbs, energy cleansing products.
If you want to stay at the farmstead "Harmonija sielai" with an overnight stay, the price per person is 95 EUR.
Upon request, massage services during the sauna can be ordered for an additional cost.

- A bottle (drink) of water
- Dress as comfortably as possible so that movements are as little restricted as possible and the body can relax more.
- Have your own towel and swimwear, personal hygiene products.
- If you wish, you can bring your own blanket, pillow (there will be a sufficient amount of them in the homestead).
- Warm socks.
