The exhibition was prepared together with the Suwalki regional and Alytus local history museums in the implementation of the project "Border roads to the infinity of memories". It presents the most prominent people of these three municipalities participating in the project.
During the project, other joint activities of all three partners are planned: a fashion week in Suwalki in July, a wedding of a Dzuk and a Polish woman in Lazdijai in September, a singing poetry evening and a final conference in 2025. in February in Alytus.
The duration of the project is 24 months. The project is financed by the EU European Regional Development Fund. The total value of the project is EUR 896,474.25, of which EU funds are EUR 717,179.40. The part of the investment belonging to the Lazdijai Regional Museum is EUR 301,495.50. 241,196.40 euros of funds allocated by the EU, 60,29910 euros of municipal budget funds.
