Alytus Regional History Museum, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of the poet Antanas Jonyns and the anniversary of his son Antanas A. Jonyns, presents the outdoor exhibition "The Phenomenon of the Jonyn Family" in the courtyard of the Lazdijai Region Museum. The exhibition can be viewed until November 10.
Visitors to the exhibition will get to know some prominent representatives of the Jonynin family. Here are some of them: artist Vytautas Kazimieras Jonyns (1907–1997), folklorist Ambraziejus Jonyns (1919–2006), writer Antanas Jonyns (1923–1976), poet, translator Antanas A. Jonyns (b. 1953), artist Algis Griškevičius (b. . 1954), literary critic, librarian Vytautas Aleksandras Jonyns (1918–2004). The project is financed by the Lithuanian Council of Culture.
