We are a small ecological farm of Jastramskas family, located in Šventežeris village, Lazdijai district. The founder of the farm, Edmundas Henrikas Jastramskas, soon "started" his whole family and started farming. We produce cold-pressed oil in an on-farm oil press. Only family members work in the production: grandfather Edmundas, daughter Nijolė with her husband Algirdas, grandchildren Justina and Linas.
We extract oil only from our own seeds, so the amount of products is limited.
There is a strong seasonality in our activities. Pressing the oil begins in the fall and ends in the spring when the weather warms up and work begins in the fields. And at the end of the harvest, after preparing a new seed harvest, we start again with fresh products.
It is said that "all beauty lies in simplicity."
The products produced on our farm do not need "decorations" - additional ingredients. The oil, when pressed mechanically, does not lose its good properties, retains vitamins when unheated, and remains unbleached and undeodorized. What came from the earth is like this on our table and yours.
We are happy to provide you with a great natural product so that you can enjoy healthy food and well-being.
