Verstaminai III mound is located 0.6 km northwest of Verstaminai I mound. Its slopes are steep, 12-15 m high. At the top, there is a 26 m long and 8 m wide site without fortifications. The ancient settlement is located at the southern foot of the mound. Both the mound and the settlement were plowed for a long time, so the cultural layer was destroyed. Archaeological excavations have found shards of several pots with a molded rough surface in the territory of the mound. The archeological complex of the mound and the settlement dates back to the 1st millennium.
