In this place, on 10/2/1949, partisans of the Mindaugas patrimony of the Šarūnas district of the Dainava district were killed in the fighting with the soldiers of the MGB, Vytautas Neimanas-Jaunutis, g. 1930 Šulnelii k., dab. Lazdija district, and Vytautas Tuinyla-Karys, g. in 1929 Kalesninkai village, office Lazdija district Vytautas Neimantas-Jaunutis died on October 2, 1949. Stebuliu k. Vytautas Tuinyla-Karys died together with Vytautas Neimantas-Jaunučius. Both bodies were desecrated in Krosna, the exact place of burial is not known, it is believed to be behind the graves, in the peat of the parsonage, where many others are.
